We provide a wide range of services, including event lighting, audio/visual, showcases,
Concerts and festivals, weddings, production services, and more. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to create a memorable occasion.

The deposit for our services ordinarily goes from 20% to half of the complete expense, contingent upon the kind of project and services. This deposit secures the dates, equipment and technicians. Kindly note, that all deposits are non-refundable inside a particular period paving the way to the occasion. The balance is usually due 14 days before the event date. Unless notified, all events with an outstanding balance 7-10 days before the event date are canceled. Payment terms may vary, depending on the contract.

Indeed, we offer adaptable payment plans, permitting you to make payments over time leading up to your event. You can email or reach us during business hours for any payment inquiries. Every payment you make will be confirmed and receipt will be sent to you via email. A payment schedule can vary as per contract or customized plan.

Finalizing graphics for photo booths, lighting designs, colors, and audio messages typically needs to be done 2 to 4 weeks before your event. This allows enough time for adjustments, approvals, and production. We do prefer to have your event in order and finalized much further in advance, 10-15 days is the absolute deadline.

In our 15+ years in the event industry, we have never once denied any client. Most photo booths are designed to be compact and portable, fitting into elevators and upstairs spaces. Typically, a photo booth requires about 5×5 feet of floor space. Our design line of photo booths occupy a 6′ x 44″ footprint., If steps, stairs, or other obstacles do come into play, additional charges may apply. But this can vary based on the venue model.

Our LED dance floors are sturdy enough to support the weight of multiple guests at once, Each piece of dance floor (3′ x 3′) typically holds up to 1600 lbs. A 20′ x 20′ LED dance floor supports weights close to 3 tons! Which allows a large group of people to dance safely at the same time.

We highly recommend pre-booking, but we understand that last-minute things sometimes happen. If your situation is urgent–perhaps you’ve just found out about the party or event that day, reach out with a detailed list, and we will do our best to accommodate you and make sure the event is executed smoothly.
